Non-commissioned artwork sold on the site is entitled to our 14-day return policy from the date on which the artwork is delivered.
|Standard UK Returns||We offer returns on all artwork sent to a UK address. In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange to collect the artwork.
|Process for UK Returns||1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.
• Please advise us if you would like a full refund (excluding delivery and return costs).
• Using our Contact form quoting your order reference number.
2. Package the artwork securely.
• To ensure the artwork arrives back safely please carefully package the artwork securely against damages in the same or equivalent packaging to that which it was sent in and remove any shipping labels.
3. Advise of a suitable day to collect the artwork.
• Returns will be Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm and we cannot specify a collection window.
4. Once we have arranged a collection we will send you the shipping labels via email to print and attach to the parcel.
• The courier will not collect the artwork without these so it is vital you are able to print these off.
5. As soon as the artwork is returned to our office, we will arrange to provide a refund and notify you as soon as this has been done.
• Refunds will be made using the same method in which you paid.
• Refunds can take up to 30 days from the day in which you first contacted us, however we try to process as soon as possible.
|International Orders||You are entitled to a refund on your artworks, minus shipping costs. If you want to return your artwork please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You will be liable to arrange the safe return of the artwork at your own cost and must include insurance against damages. We are unable to refund any damaged artwork. It will be your responsibility to make claims from the courier you used.
|Made to Order Artwork or Commissions||Made to order Artwork and commissions cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.
|Artwork Received Damaged||All artwork sent will be fully insured against damage, should you receive your artwork damaged please notify TheArtZoo within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact form. We will then request you send photos of the damage via email.
Please advise us if you would like:
• A full refund (this can take up to 30 days)
• A replacement (in some circumstances such as ‘made to order’ artwork, the artist may be able to create another piece for you, but not always)
We ask you keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days as some of our couriers will request inspection before a claim can be made.
